ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world's largest developer and publisher of International Standards. ISO/IEC 17025:2017 specifies the general requirements for the competence to carry out tests and/or calibra ons, including sampling. AWG operates an ISO 17025 accredited Specialty Gas Laboratory in Lexington, KY. This prestigious accreditation incorporates the ISO 9001 requirements that are relevant to the testing and calibration services offered by our Specialty Gas Lab. However, ISO 17025 goes much further; it defines the specific requirements for technical competence.
